Page last July 2, 2009  My apologies for not keeping this page updated over the past few weeks.  During that time I had a health issue and some other unexpected curcumstances arise--all of which demanded my immediate attention. Once I was back to work, my focus was on getting caught up (while also fulfilling other obligations). Conseqently, I overlooked doing updates here.

ORDER STATUS INFORMATION

While this page does not provide information about specific orders, it is is hoped that it will be useful in keeping customers and prospective customers apprised of approximate order status and any unexpected delays that may occur. It will be updated whenever a batch of orders is processed or as things change. Information that changes routinely is highlighted in bold green text.


ReadyLine Holster/Select Grade Holster STATUS:  We are currently "borderline" of being within the maximum estimated delivery time on these orders. However, please allow some extra time (just a few days) beyond the maximum quoted order-to-ship time.
SF Holster and Mag Pouch STATUS:   
Currently, there are no SFH/mag pouch orders that are late (any that are were shipped on Mon.).  However, I am borderline on upcoming orders and it is possible, due to the upcoming holiday, that they could end up being a few days late--so please allow a little extra time. We appreciate your patience.  

Custom Items (belts and non-ReadyLine holsters) STATUS:  
Due to the way orders are now processed (a day or two at a time, rather than a week or two at a time), it is more difficult to keep the "Custom Order Progress Information" section accuratly updated. However, I will do my best to figure out a good way to do so. If I have time, I may try to update it every time I process a batch of orders (though I don't know that this plan will work as hoped as I always seem to be pressed for time). At least for now, please bear with us.

Custom Order Progress Information:
 As of now, we are currently working on orders placed prior to 4/11.  All of these orders have shipped or will ship early next week.  I anticipate starting orders placed by (approximately) 4/20 sometime during the next few days and anticipate shipping hem by the end of next week.


 

(Please do not use this information to estimate current "Custom Item" delivery times (for orders placed at this time) as it may not be accurate. Please refer to the
Current Estimated Delivery Times page for current delivery times.

* If you placed an order prior to the dates indicated above and your order hasn't arrived (and you card hasn't been charged) there was most likely a problem with your credit card and your order could not be processed.  It is extremely difficult for me to find time to contact customers who's credit cards have.  I do attempt to process credit cards at least 2-3 times  (during successive batches) before abandoning the order (and in many cases it will process on the 2nd or 3rd try).  If you suspect that there may be problems with your credit card, feel free to call us during the evening/late night/early morning hours to update your CC information  --OR-- You can place a duplicate order online.  In order to avoid potential delays, be sure to to state, in the "last name" section of the order text box, something to the effect of "updated CC info" or "Duplicate order" and perhaps reference the old order number if you have it.  That way I will be sure to notice it and process it ASAP--rather than having it be placed back in the queue.


Current Estimated Delivery Times:  A link to the current estimated delivery time page is  also located in the "DELIVERY INFO"  section of each product page.  Estimated delivery times are now also included on the order confirmation email that is sent after each order is placed.
