ORDER STATUS INFORMATION

While this page does not provide information about specific orders, it is is hoped that it will be useful in keeping customers and prospective customers apprised of approximate order status and any unexpected delays that may occur. It will be updated whenever a batch of orders is processed or as things change. Information that changes routinely is highlighted in bold green text.


ReadyLine Holster STATUS:  For the most part, there are no current ongoing delays. Current estimated delivery times apply. However, due to various reasons, there is a chance a few orders could take a little longer than expected. 

SF Holster and Mag Pouch STATUS:  For the most part, there are no current ongoing delays. Current estimated delivery times apply.  However, due to various reasons, there is a chance a few orders could take a little longer than expected.

Custom Items (belts and non-ReadyLine holsters) STATUS:  I will try to update this information ASAP--simply don't have time right now.

  • The majority of custom orders placed prior to Nov. 25th should be shipped within the next 14 days; however, a few orders toward the end of the batch may not be able to be shipped until approximately the 21-24 day range (see revision).
    PLEASE NOTE:
     There were several orders in this batch that could not be processed due to credit card issues (declined for one reason or another).  If your order was placed between Oct 15 and Nov 25, and you do not notice a charge on your statement within the next couple of days, yours was one that could not be processed--please read the paragraph below.

    :  I had hoped to get the majority of the large number of orders processed on
    Jan. 8th shipped before I left town on the 23rd.  Unfortunately, due to various situations, I was only able to ship about half of those orders.  I was away for nearly a week, and the day after I returned, I came down with  a severe case of the flu/U.Resp. infection and was down for another week. Consequently, I am still working on the same batch of orders.  The good news is that the remaining few orders should be shipped by this Friday (2/15).

If you placed an order prior to the dates indicated above and your order hasn't arrived (and you card hasn't been charged) there was most likely a problem with your credit card and your order could not be processed.  I have not had a chance to contact all the customers who's credit cards had issues and am having a difficult time finding the time to do so.  I do attempt to process credit cards at least 2-3 times  (during successive batches) before abandoning the order (and in many cases it will process on the 2nd or 3rd try).  If you suspect that there may be problems with your credit card, feel free to call us during the evening/late night/early morning hours to update your CC information  --OR-- You can place a duplicate order online.  In order to avoid potential delays, be sure to to state, in the "last name" section of the order text box, something to the effect of "updated CC info" or "Duplicate order" and perhaps reference the old order number if you have it.  That way I will be sure to notice it and process it ASAP--rather than having it be placed back in the queue.


Current Estimated Delivery Times:  A link to the current estimated delivery time page is  also located in the "DELIVERY INFO"  section of each product page.  Estimated delivery times are now also included on the order confirmation email that is sent after each order is placed.
