ORDER STATUS INFORMATION

While this page does not provide information about specific orders, it is is hoped that it will be useful in keeping customers and prospective customers apprised of approximate order status and any unexpected delays that may occur. It will be updated whenever a batch of orders is processed or as things change. Information that changes routinely is highlighted in bold green text.


WOW!!  The period from Thanksgiving through last week was a complete disaster when it came to getting orders made and shipped. This was due to the fact that I lost 3 weeks total due to illness,  had holiday house-guests and had way too many holiday and family obligations over the holidays (which last through Jan.5 in this family).  However, I have minimal distractions for the next several weeks and am highly optimistic that we can make rapid headway on the backlog of orders ahead of us.  If you are waiting for an order that is overdue, we ask that you please bear with us as it will be shipped ASAP.  

ReadyLine Holsters/Select Grade Holsters--
STATUS:
 Due to  previous holiday obligations and an influx in orders of this type,  we are "hit and miss" in getting these items shipped within the quoted (approx. 24 day) order-to-ship time.  However,  we are still usually no more than a week or so behind--and some will be shipped on time.  Any order that is overdue will be treated as a priority and will be shipped ASAP (hopefully by the middle of next week).

SF Holster and Mag Pouch--STATUS:  Due to  previous holiday obligations and an in flux of orders we are "hit and miss" in getting these items shipped within the quoted order-to-ship time.  Some orders may be a couple weeks slow (beyond the 21-24 days quoted) and others will be borderline or on time.  Any order that is overdue will be treated as a priority and will be shipped ASAP (hopefully by the middle of next week).

Custom Items (belts and non-ReadyLine/Select Grade holsters) STATUS:

Custom Order Progress Information:
 A all custom orders placed prior to 10/8 have shipped.  The last ones should be delivered by Saturday. We have started working on orders placed prior to 12/10 and some have already shipped.  However, due to the volume, it could be two weeks more weeks for us to get them all shipped--your patience would be greatly appreciated. 

(Please do not use this information to estimate current "Custom Item" delivery times (for orders placed at this time) as it may not be accurate. Please refer to the
Current Estimated Delivery Times page for current delivery times.

* If you placed an order prior to the dates indicated above and your order hasn't arrived (and you card hasn't been charged) there was most likely a problem with your credit card and your order could not be processed.  It is extremely difficult for me to find time to contact customers who's credit cards have.  I do attempt to process credit cards at least 2-3 times  (during successive batches) before abandoning the order (and in many cases it will process on the 2nd or 3rd try).  If you suspect that there may be problems with your credit card, feel free to call us during the evening/late night/early morning hours to update your CC information  --OR-- You can place a duplicate order online.  In order to avoid potential delays, be sure to to state, in the "last name" section of the order text box, something to the effect of "updated CC info" or "Duplicate order" and perhaps reference the old order number if you have it.  That way I will be sure to notice it and process it ASAP--rather than having it be placed back in the queue.


Current Estimated Delivery Times:  A link to the current estimated delivery time page is  also located in the "DELIVERY INFO"  section of each product page.  Estimated delivery times are now also included on the order confirmation email that is sent after each order is placed.
