ORDER STATUS INFORMATION

While this page does not provide information about specific orders, it is is hoped that it will be useful in keeping customers and prospective customers apprised of approximate order status and any unexpected delays that may occur. It will be updated whenever a batch of orders is processed or as things change. Information that changes routinely is highlighted in bold green text.


(7/30/10)  We are on the verge of being back within estimated delivery times in all categories.
(7/24/10)  Things have been going quite well over the past couple of weeks as we are making good headway toward getting orders out within estimated delivery times.  We may still be a little "hit and miss" but we are gaining ground.  If you are waiting on an order that is beyond the estimated delivery time, please be patient as it will be shipped soon.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.

ReadyLine Holsters/Select Grade Holsters--STATUS:  Due to circumstances (mostly medically related) mentioned in previous updates, we are still "hit and miss" in getting these items shipped within the quoted (approx. 24 day) order-to-ship time
.   However, it appears that the bulk of orders in this category that will be shipped in the coming week will be within the estimated order-to-ship time quoted.

SF Holster and Mag Pouch--STATUS:  Orders in this category are currently on time (within the estimated (24 day) order-to-ship time).

Custom Items (belts and non-ReadyLine/Select Grade holsters)--STATUS:  
We are currently within the quoted "worst case" order-to-ship estimate when the orders wer placed (12-14 weeks). We are nearing the "best case" (8-9 weeks) estimate.
Custom Order Current Progress Information:  We have been working on custom orders placed prior to May 22nd. Several have already shipped and--hopefully--the rest  should be done and shipped within the next week or less.  We have just added orders placed prior to June 4th to the batch and these should start shipping late in the coming week or early in the following week.

(Please do not use this information to estimate current "Custom Item" delivery times (for orders placed at this time) as it may not be accurate. Please refer to the
Current Estimated Delivery Times page for current delivery times.

* If you placed an order prior to the dates indicated above and your order hasn't arrived (and your card hasn't been charged) there was most likely a problem with your credit card and your order could not be processed.  It is extremely difficult for me to find time to contact customers who's credit cards have.  I do attempt to process credit cards at least 2-3 times  (during successive batches) before abandoning the order (and in many cases it will process on the 2nd or 3rd try).  If you suspect that there may be problems with your credit card, feel free to call us during the evening/late night/early morning hours to update your CC information  --OR-- You can place a duplicate order online.  In order to avoid potential delays, be sure to to state, in the "last name" section of the order text box, something to the effect of "updated CC info" or "Duplicate order" and perhaps reference the old order number if you have it.  That way I will be sure to notice it and process it ASAP--rather than having it be placed back in the queue.
